  1. Do what you know to be right.
  1. Look after the well-being of mind and body.
  1. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
  1. Be truthful and honest at all times.
  1. Take full responsibility for your actions.

Reflection: These Indian commandments aren't just for Indians, they can be for anyone in the world. These can help energize children and make them want to choose the right anytime they can. All of these are very helpful tips that can be learned of. In other words these are considered manners. If someone can not live by manners no one ca truly live. I know some people that don't have manners and they do not follow these 10 commandments. These commandments aren't just words scribbled all over a paper. It's more than what people would think. This is the indian way of life and if you don't follow it, you aren't well educated. Choos ethe right by following these commandments.

Goodness

Henry David Thoreau is a great example that will make us both meditate and reflect on many aspects of our lives. He said a quote that can reflect on our character and most importantly our behavior. He said, "Goodness is the only investment that never fails." This statement is marvelous don't you think? If we were to act good we would never fail our goals. Let me give you an example, if you are good and don't cheat you will have a possibility of winning than losing. If you cheat you may obviously lose and never regain your strength. Always choose the right and always face the consequences. There may be good consequences or bad ones. Always gain the good ones =D.
